Kaitlyn & James’ Hammond Castle Wedding
As far as dream wedding locations go, few could be more magical than Hammond Castle in Gloucester, Massachusetts. This stunning 1920s-era castle, perched on a cliff overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, makes for a breathtaking setting for a wedding. The grandiose architecture, expansive gardens, and sweeping ocean views provide the perfect backdrop for a fairytale wedding. The Bride & Groom
Katie and James tied the knot on the lawn, overseeing the ocean. After the ceremony, Katie and James took a romantic stroll around Hammond Castle. The stunning architecture and beautiful gardens made for the perfect backdrop for their wedding photography. The couple had the opportunity to explore the castle as newlyweds. Hammond Castle is open for tours, and Katie and James took full advantage of this. We took so many stunning images of the bride and groom in the Library, The Gand Hall and other rooms. It was truly a one-of-a-kind experience, and they felt like royalty.
As the bride and groom, it’s important to add personal touches that will make the wedding uniquely yours. And that’s exactly what this couple did by having their favorite superhero characters as booteneers, adding a playful touch to the elegant affair.
The Ceremony
John Cena Sr. Justice of the Peace, performed the best ceremony anyone had ever seen. His personality is upbeat and exuberant. One of the unique things was for a couple to go down the aisle as husband and wife carrying 2 of John Cena’s WWE World Championship Wrestling Belts. That was some serious hardware!
Hammond Castle Wedding Venue
The Managing Director Deb Nypaver was incredibly helpful and made sure that Katie and James had everything they needed to make their special day unforgettable. Hey, it is no secret that Hammond Castle is one our favorite venues to photograph a wedding & once again they came trhough big time!
Overall, Katie and James’ experience at Hammond Castle was nothing short of magical. They felt like they had stepped into a fairytale, and they will cherish the memories of their dreamy New England wedding forever.
